Whiffy Wobbler is a villain who lives on Pinkish Peak. He was first seen in the Moshi Monsters Magazine and has a special skill of 'dropping the jelly block'.
Him and Stinkerton combined to create the Mighty Gustavo in Gustbusters, near the end.

Whiffy Wobbler is a light blue jelly block who has a lavender, grumpy frown and purple eyes. He also sits in a light green cloud of gas.
