There's no escape from Sweet Tooth is a song featuring in The Movie and in its album, The Movie Soundtrack. The Soundtrack booklet has the final two lines of lyrics mixed up.
It is the second song dedicated to Sweet Tooth, after Sweet Tooth Stomp, and is predominantly instrumental.
In the movie, it follows up Sweet Tooth's performance of Sweet Tooth Stomp, which they perform out of celebration of the successful capture of all the Moshis. The order of the capture by Dr. Strangeglove had him ask to catch everyone except "the orange one", which the Candy Roarkers failed to differentiate. As Sweet Tooth is pre-occupied with celebrating, the Moshis manage to escape on the rail system of the Candy Cane Caves. Sweet Tooth hops on their Candy Cane Chomper Chopper to chase them and again gets the order from Dr. Strangeglove to let "the orange catty thing" escape. The song plays during the chase.
An instrumental excerpt from the song was used for the Moshi Karts official game promotional trailer. It does not feature further in the game, nor does Sweet Tooth.
