"Search for A Gooperstar" is the first track on the free CD that came with Issue 14 of the Moshi Monsters Magazine, preceding Moptop Tweenybop (My Hair's Too Long). It features a radioplay pieces of the Music Rox! auditions where several characters are in a waiting room, awaiting Simon Growl's judgment.
It is supposedly narrated by a presenter in a talent show like style. Several characters are mentioned, but only the narrator, Simon Growl, The Moshi MonSTARS, Mr. Snoodle and Dr. Strangeglove play a part. Zack Binspin, who made cause for this free single, has no speaking role in this track.

Narrator: So, here we are at the Sandy Drain Luxury Hotel where our wannabe Gooperstars are about to discover if they've made it onto the forthcoming Moshi Monsters Music Rox album. The tension's unbearable! Big Bad Bill is on his fifth cup of hot Hoodoo Stew and Sweet Tooth's gooberries are well and truly twisted. First to discover their fate; it's Furi, Zommer, Poppet, Luvli, Diavlo and Katsuma.

Simon Growl: Come i-in.
