Scarecrow, mentioned named as such in Hum Plum's Moshi Monsters: Character Encyclopedia, lived in the Moshling Garden and tried to keep hungry pests away from the flowers. They used to hold a blue help sign. Clicking it would tell you how to catch Moshlings in your Moshling Garden.
They were removed for unknown reasons. However, in the overview map, you can still see them in your garden, but they no longer tell you how to catch Moshlings.
