This movie-loving Moshling spends most days hoping to hear ‘Action’ or ‘Cut’ because they are the only two words that will activate their clickity-clackity heads. Fiction[]

Jackson appears in the mission The Moshi Movie Mystery part 3, where Marty had set out Jackson and Fitch to search for the film reels. Jackson is in Twistmas Town with the Twistmas Hoodoos and knows the Hoodoos are using is decoration for the Twistmas Tree, which was ruined by a Sloth on fireworks flying into it. Jackson has seemingly not asked for it, as Twistmas is already ruined for them with their lack of tree and band.

As Moshi promised Twistmas Lil' Bill to save the tree and Twistmas, they decorate the tree with baubles and lure the Tinselpillar to the tree with the baubles. Last thing the tree needs is lights and the glow worms only emit light when cheered up with music. As the drum of the band broke, Jackson agrees to perform the beat with their clapper. Twistmas Lil' Bill climbs up the tree as decoration replacement for the canister and hands it to them. Jackson is obtained as a reward for finishing this mission.

How Jackson ended up in Twistmas Town is unknown as Moshi themself got there by being eating up by a strange plant and fell through a tunnel to this place where the jungle in miraculously covered in snow and seems to be an alternative dimension. Jackson greets Moshi with "What's up, Moshi Monster? Having a walk in the woods?" suggestion Jackson themselves just walked into this place without any weird teleportation.

In the unused animation clip of Mark Storer [1] '"Dapper the Clapper" Moshi Monsters movie promo (Mindy Candy)', produced by Karrot Entertainment Similar to the promotion of the Movie by Fishlips, Jackson interacts with the title. They come running in along with Blinki, do a pose with the logo and is suprised by a "coming soon" logo dropping. Performing a pose again, Marty comes in from the side and yells "CUT" so loudly, Jackson tumbles over.

Design[]

Jack 13

Jackson is a film clapper with legs, arms and four-finger hands wearing white gloves. They have a big pink mouth over the writing board with their left front tooth sticking out when they open their mouth. Their eyes are on top of the body, like how Oddie and Rofl have it. The eyes are not visible when the clapper closes, similar to Dr. Strangeglove, so they might be pressed into the body or the clapper has space for them. If they clapper closes too hard, Jackson is shown to get a headache-like pain from it.
