Giuseppe Gelato

Giuseppe Gelato is the owner of the Ice Scream! store on Ooh La Lane (though, as shown by the game, there are branches all over Monstro City).

This place is not a store for you to buy anything, rather it is a game called Ice Scream. Giuseppe functions as your employer in this game. Every level/day, he gives you three chances to get the right amount of Rox for selling ice cream.

The tip money you achieve becomes the Rox you earn for yourself, meaning Giuseppe does not pay you for your work. You only receive a portion of how much is earned, however, but such increases with the difficulty.

The Micro Moshi Ice Scream Container features Giuseppe on the tag, suggesting that he was involved with the creation.

Giuseppe is a green rotund monster. His eyes are on to of his head, his eyebrows emoting above of it, detached from the rest of his body. Similar anatomy happens to his feet.
He wears a striped ice cream apron, a blue shirt, work boots and trousers.

As he specialises in ice cream, he is supposed to be Italian. Such is to conclude out of his first name. His surname refers to a type of ice cream: Gelato.
