Ned is a purple Glump, who was named by a player named hayley11233, with big goggles, a golden tooth and a purple body. He is an uncommon Glump (like Bruiser) as he does not appear often, including in Moshling Boshling.
Ned is the host of the "Squeal of Fortune" in Missing on a Star, introducing himself as the handsome host, Knowledge Head Ned.
He is either easily fooled (like most Glumps), or is a lot more careless about C.L.O.N.C.'s cause, as he gives away the Zoshlings as a prize for his show, which he was likely supposed to guard.
He mentions Sweet Tooth being his favourite agent. This is the first time a member of C.L.O.N.C. is referred to as such.

Nerdy Ned appears to be a very geeky Glump! But don't be fooled into thinking he's harmless. Underneath the eccentric exterior and funny-looking goggles lies a ferocious fighting fiend! In fact, ninja Ned has all the skills needed to perform Moshling-mangling Goggle-Plop Grappies - yikes!
The C.L.O.N.C. crew
Ned is devoted to his master, Dr. Strangeglove, and the other cruel henchman of the Criminal League of Naughty Critters. With his team of Glumps, Strangeglove is determined to take over the whole of Monstro City!
If looks could kill
Naughty Ned's pair of goggles - which he wields as a weapon - are not the only thing to be afraid of. His evil fiery-eyed stare is enough to scare Moshlings everywhere and his temper is truly terrifying at times. It's best to leave this volatile Glump alone and be warned: he's especially grumpy when woken from a nap!
