Casper is a Gift Island Roarker and is one of the shy roarkers, along with Bert. His job is to count the gifts and he uses a notepad and pen to help him keep a tally of all the presents.

Gift Island sits a short ferry ride away from the coast of Monstro City and can be reached from The Port. Visitors to this present paradise are sure to meet shy little Casper, the Island's gift counter. He's always happy to say hello - as long as he isn't busy counting at the time, because he's likely to lose his place and will have to start all over again.
Counting for a living
Casper has to count every gift that arrives on Gift Island. By the end of each day he is so tired, he certainly doesn't need to count sheep to get to sleep!
Number trance
1, 2, 3... 6... 375... Casper has to concentrate very hard in order to do his job. If anyone makes a loud noise near him, it frightens him out of his dream-like, number-induced trance, and makes him jump right out of his skin.

- Gift Island is one of the noisiest places, hence why Chick Checker came "working" here. Yet, Casper's main dislike is loud noises. Possibly, he has different ideas of what is to be considered "loud" or he simply dislikes sudden loud noises.
- When you click on Casper, he's spooked and loses his pencil. He somehow regains it afterwards.
