Carter the Barking RahRah is an ultra-rare Moshling in the Toomies set within the Moshi Monsters franchise. Carter is a jackal and representation of Anubis, the Egyptian god of embalming and protector of the dead. Carter worships the sun and heads out midday (something only they do) to celebrate it by striking poses and supposedly howling, to the dismay of outsiders as their voice is rough and piercing.
Carter was spotted in Moshi Monsters Series 3 tattoos (Packet 4/24) where they made their first appearance.
The combination above is not implemented in-game and thus does not attract Carter when planted.
Only mad dogs and Barking RahRahs go out in the midday sun. Well, that's what I hear, and perhaps that explains why these sun-worshipping Moshlings enjoy shuffle-dancing in the sand and striking weird poses from ancient tomb paintings. But is a Barking RahRah's bark worse than it's bite? You bet, because it sounds like Silly Snufflers sitting on broken kazoos. Having said that, whenever I visit the Lost Valley of Isissi I just can't resist joining in with their daft dancing. Believe me, getting sand kicked in your face has never been so much fun!
